To ensure every client enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience, please take a moment to review our studio policies before your appointment.

By booking an appointment with Refined Aesthetics Studio, you acknowledge and agree to our studio policies. These policies are in place to ensure a considered and consistent experience for every client.

Refined Aesthetics Studio reserves the right to update these policies from time to time.

  • Our studio is located in Braybrook, Victoria 3019. For privacy and security, the full studio address will be provided 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • A booking deposit is required to confirm all appointments.

    • Deposits are fully refundable or transferable when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

    • No-shows and failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent clients. In these circumstances, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

    If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Where time permits, we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is not considered appropriate or safe.

  • Treatment outcomes vary depending on your skin condition, lifestyle, home care, and commitment to your treatment plan. Multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results.

  • Client information, consultation forms, and treatment records are securely stored and managed in accordance with Australian privacy requirements. Your information will never be shared without your consent unless required by law.

  • 1. Validity

    • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

    2. Redemption

    • Gift vouchers may be redeemed toward eligible services and products offered by Refined Aesthetics Studio.

    • If the value of a treatment exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount may be paid by another accepted payment method.

    3. Booking & Cancellation

    • All appointments are subject to availability.

    • Refined Aesthetics Studio's standard booking, cancellation and late-arrival policies apply when redeeming a gift voucher.

    • Sufficient notice must be provided when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
