TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Refined Skin Journeys offered by Refined Aesthetics Studio.

By purchasing a Skin Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. YOUR SKIN JOURNEY

• Refined Skin Journeys are personalised recurring treatment programs designed to support consistency, progressive results and long-term skin health.

• Treatments are personalised according to your skin's current needs, concerns and goals. Treatment selection may therefore vary throughout your journey.

• Your Skin Journey includes the treatments and benefits outlined in your selected journey at the time of purchase.

2. MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Your selected Skin Journey will be charged at the advertised monthly price.

The Refined Elevated Journey

• $349 per month
  Minimum 3-month commitment

• Minimum total commitment: $1,047

The Refined Luxe Journey

• $249 per month
  Minimum 6-month commitment

• Minimum total commitment: $1,494

Monthly payments will be charged using your nominated payment method.

3. MINIMUM COMMITMENT PERIOD

By purchasing a Skin Journey, you agree to the minimum commitment period associated with your selected journey.

• The Refined Elevated Journey has a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months. 

• The Refined Luxe Journey has a minimum commitment of 6 consecutive months. 

The minimum commitment and total minimum amount payable are disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. TREATMENT INCLUSIONS

• Treatments included in your Skin Journey are outlined in your selected journey.

• Where a treatment is described as personalised, Refined Aesthetics Studio may adjust the specific treatment approach to reflect your skin's current condition, suitability, concerns and goals.

• Sonophoresis Infusion Enhancement and other enhancements included within a journey will be provided where appropriate and suitable for your skin.

• Treatment inclusions cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. PERSONALISATION AND TREATMENT SUITABILITY

• Your safety and skin health remain our priority.

• Certain treatments may not be suitable at every appointment due to changes in your skin, medical history, medications, contraindications or other relevant factors.

• Where a particular treatment or enhancement is not clinically appropriate, an alternative suitable treatment may be recommended where possible.

• Refined Aesthetics Studio does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed at every appointment if it is not considered appropriate for your skin at that time.

6. BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

• Appointments are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.

• We encourage clients to maintain regular appointments throughout their Skin Journey to receive the greatest benefit from their personalised treatment plan.

• Clients are responsible for booking their included appointments.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments booked as part of a Skin Journey.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the appointment being considered redeemed, subject to applicable consumer rights.

8. MISSED OR UNUSED TREATMENTS

• Included treatments are designed to be used within the relevant Skin Journey period.

• Unused appointments do not automatically carry forward indefinitely.

• If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact Refined Aesthetics Studio to discuss your options.

• Any decision regarding extensions or unused treatments will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. SKINCARE DISCOUNT

Skin Journey members receive the skincare discount associated with their selected journey:

• The Refined Elevated Journey: 10% off eligible skincare purchases. 

• The Refined Luxe Journey: 5% off eligible skincare purchases. 

Skincare discounts:

• Apply only while the Skin Journey is active. 

• Cannot be exchanged for cash. 

• Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. 

• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. 

10.CANCELLING YOUR JOURNEY

Your Refined Skin Journey will automatically conclude at the end of your selected minimum commitment period.

• The Refined Elevated Journey: concludes after 3 months. 

• The Refined Luxe Journey: concludes after 6 months. 

No cancellation notice is required at the end of the commitment period, and no further payments will be automatically deducted after your final scheduled payment.

Skincare discount

The 10% Elevated Journey or 5% Luxe Journey skincare discount will apply only while the relevant Skin Journey is active and will end when the journey concludes.

11. PRICE AND JOURNEY CHANGES

• The price and inclusions agreed to at the commencement of your minimum commitment period will remain as disclosed to you at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree to a variation.

• Any changes to future Skin Journey pricing or inclusions will be communicated clearly before they take effect.

12. RESULTS

• Individual results vary depending on factors including skin condition, lifestyle, homecare, consistency and individual response to treatment.

• Refined Aesthetics Studio cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

13. MEDICAL INFORMATION

Clients must provide accurate and current information regarding:

• Medical conditions 

• Medications 

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding 

• Allergies 

• Previous treatments 

• Changes to their health or skin 

Clients must notify Refined Aesthetics Studio of any changes that may affect their treatment suitability.

14. CLIENT AGREEMENT

By purchasing a Refined Skin Journey, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the minimum commitment period. 

• You understand the minimum total amount payable. 

• Your treatment selection may change according to your skin's needs and suitability. 

• You are responsible for booking your appointments. 

• You agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

• You understand that individual results may vary. 

15. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded by business terms and conditions.

• By purchasing a treatment package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. YOUR TREATMENT PACKAGE

• Refined Treatment Packages are designed to provide a structured series of treatments to support consistency and progressive results.

• Each package includes the specific treatments and complimentary inclusions outlined in the package description at the time of purchase.

• Package treatments are designed to be completed over an appropriate timeframe, with treatment intervals determined according to your individual needs, skin response and treatment suitability.

2. PACKAGE VALIDITY

• All treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• We encourage clients to complete their treatment series within the recommended timeframe to support consistency and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Clients are responsible for booking their appointments within the package validity period.

3. PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Your package includes only the treatments and complimentary inclusions specifically outlined at the time of purchase.

Examples may include:

• Professional treatment sessions 

• LED Light Therapy sessions 

• Post-treatment recovery masks 

• Smart Mix Cream 

• Other complimentary treatment enhancements 

Complimentary inclusions are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable as credit towards other treatments or products.

4. TREATMENT SUITABILITY

• All treatments are subject to an assessment of suitability.

• Your skin condition, medical history, medications and individual response may change throughout your treatment journey.

• If a treatment is not considered appropriate or safe at a particular appointment, it may be postponed, modified or an alternative suitable approach may be discussed.

• Refined Aesthetics Studio reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is not considered appropriate or safe.

5. PERSONALISATION OF TREATMENT

• Where a package includes personalised treatments or tailored professional ingredients, the treatment approach may be adjusted according to your skin's current needs, concerns and goals.

• The specific products, professional ingredients or treatment techniques used may vary between appointments where appropriate.

6. BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

• Appointments are subject to availability.

• Clients are responsible for booking their package appointments and are encouraged to book in advance to ensure treatments can be completed within the package validity period.

• Recommended treatment intervals will be discussed with your practitioner.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments booked as part of a treatment package.

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the scheduled treatment being considered redeemed, subject to applicable consumer rights.

8. UNUSED OR EXPIRED TREATMENTS

• Package treatments should be redeemed within the stated 12-month validity period.

• Unused treatments remaining after the expiry date may no longer be available for redemption.

• If exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing your treatments within the validity period, please contact Refined Aesthetics Studio before the expiry date to discuss your circumstances.

• Nothing in this section is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. PACKAGE CHANGES

• Treatment packages cannot generally be exchanged for another package, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

• Packages and unused treatments are intended for the individual client named at the time of purchase.

10. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

• Please choose your treatment package carefully.

• Treatment packages are designed as a series of professional treatments and include package pricing and complimentary inclusions.

• If you have questions regarding whether a package is suitable for you, we recommend discussing this with us before purchasing.

• Any refund or cancellation request will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable consumer rights.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. RESULTS

Individual results vary between clients.

Treatment outcomes may be influenced by factors including:

• Individual skin condition 

• Age and skin health 

• Lifestyle factors 

• Homecare 

• Treatment consistency 

• Individual response to treatment 

Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

12. CLIENT INFORMATION

Clients must provide accurate and current information regarding any factors that may affect treatment suitability, including:

• Medical conditions 

• Medications 

• Allergies 

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding 

• Previous aesthetic or skin treatments 

• Changes to their health or skin 

Clients must notify Refined Aesthetics Studio of any relevant changes before their treatment.

13. PRICING AND PACKAGE VALUE

• Any stated treatment value, complimentary treatment value or package saving is based on the standard individual pricing of the included treatments and enhancements at the time the package is created.

• Package pricing and inclusions may change for future purchases without affecting packages that have already been purchased.

14. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
